Shipping
We offer shipping to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Belgium.
Shipping usually takes between 5-6 business days in the Netherlands and between 5-10 days to other parts of europe.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to track its status. If you’ve created an account in our shop, you can also find the tracking number in your account. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to appear. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@sipandcrumb.com, including your name and order number, so we can assist you further.
Returns
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, or you don’t want to keep it for some other reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt (shipping costs are at your own expense). The products you return must be undamaged and in their sealed, original packaging*. To process your return, please email us at orders@sipandcrumb.com.
If you received the wrong item from an online order, or if a delivered product is defective upon receipt, please contact us first at orders@sipandcrumb.com so we can find a solution together.
*Returns will only be accepted if unused, in good condition, and in the original (sealed) packaging.
