Drinking Chocolate: Raw cacao powder*, evaporated coconut nectar*, vanilla bean*, Celtic sea salt.

*Organic ingredients. Our Drinking Chocolate is free from gluten, soy, and dairy, making it suitable for vegans.

Serenity loose leaf tea: Chamomile, Rose, Passionflower, Lavender.

Brewing instructions

Drinking Chocolate:
Hot: dissolve 2 teaspoons of powder in 2 tablespoons of boiling water. fill your cup with hot milk of choice. No need to strain.

Cold: follow step 1, then fill cup with cold milk and ice.

A small amount of sediment is normal, due to this being an all-natural product.

Serenity loose leaf tea: 1 tsp/250ml, 3-5 minutes at 90 degrees.

Lavender (Lavendula Officinalis)
Lavender is an effective herb for easing headaches, especially when they are related to stress. It has traditionally been used in the treatment of depression, insomnia and anxiety. Lavender is a gentle strengthening tonic of the nervous system.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate)
Passionflower is traditionally used for its mild sedative and soothing properties, anxiety, stress management and insomnia- making it perfect for our serenity blend. It is used in clinical practice to support regular sleep patterns, nervous tension and restlessness and headaches.
