Rooibos (Aspalathus lineris)

Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)

Hibiscus, known for its traditional use in regulating fluid balance and enhancing overall health, offers benefits for skin conditions, circulation, and digestive well-being.

Jasmine (Jasminum)

Jasmine enhances the immune system’s ability to combat bacterial infections. Its flowers can provide throat soothing and alleviate symptoms caused by viruses like the common cold.
